MRS (Mobile Record System) as a B2B solution enables customer consultation and mobile recording regardless of location.
The main function of the app is to efficiently support call center activities by processing call recordings in an automated manner. This processing involves three important steps:
Automatic call recording capture:
After each phone call, the corresponding call recording file is identified and assigned to the application logic for immediate further processing.
Automatic upload for analysis:
The app reads the call recording files, extracts relevant data and seamlessly uploads these files to a server. This step is necessary to analyze call content for quality control, compliance purposes and to optimize customer communication.
Automatic file deletion:
After the files have been securely transferred, the app automatically deletes the locally stored data to free up storage space and minimize potential data protection risks.
By ensuring these processes function smoothly and continuously, we improve the efficiency of call center operations. Manual user interactions for these steps would significantly disrupt the workflow and negatively impact the user experience.
This application requires a phone app and a messenger app on your smartphone. The MRS app is not a standalone phone app or messenger. Please refer to this information when using the app. The MRS app is considered as a link between the customer, consultant and call center operator and can be linked with customer consultation screens such as Click to Dial.
The app forwards phone calls to the phone app and can manage messages via the messenger app. The app automatically, regularly and without user intervention manages recorded phone calls as a file and transfers them to the server for data backup. To do this, the user must accept the special app access "Storage Access Framework" when starting the app. By selecting a call recording directory, you accept the necessary permissions to use the Storage Access Framework (SAF).
KLCNS also does not have a partnership agreement with Samsung. Therefore, it is recommended not to use Samsung Chat Messenger.
The app is also primarily designed for Samsung phones.
Therefore, please use the Samsung phones that the KLCNS team has tested and that the customers primarily use.
