OK TAX is an app to prevent omission of invoices and deposits/withdrawals.

It automatically matches tax invoices/cash receipts with bank deposit/withdrawal details,
so that business owners can see them at a glance.

OK TAX was created by a business owner who does not use a tax accountant.

This is because they frequently send and receive tax invoices or cash receipts every day, and they wanted to reduce the time spent checking whether they were issued properly.

OK TAX is an app focused on preventing omission of invoices.

It prevents omissions through matching deposits/withdrawals and tax invoices, allows you to see transaction details of multiple business accounts at a glance, and manages receivables/payables.

The following are tax errors found by users during the test period.

They found invoice details issued without VAT, found omissions in invoices that tax accountants did not find, and confirmed for the first time the existence of commission details that had been automatically deducted until now.

OK TAX tries to match through its own algorithm, but it is not 100% matched.
To compensate for that, we created a function that allows users to manually match and manage receivables/payables.
