【Feature Key Points】
1. Large buttons and alphabet order
· Mobile users only use one or two fingers. 'Gaon Keyboard' has large, 7-space buttons for easy tapping.
· Alphabet order is easier to recognize than alphabet order.

2. Typing method to avoid the 'wisps' effect without the uppercase letter.
· Double consonants are formed as ㄱ+ㄱ=ㄲ, and a separator is used when necessary.

3. (Although this differs from the design philosophy), stroke addition methods and alphabet ordering are also available.

【Installation and Selection Guide】
· While the keyboard will be overwritten during installation, it's safe to delete older versions.
· During installation, you'll see a "Go to Settings" option. [Settings (⚙) > General (Language & Keyboard) > Default Keyboard and Additional Keyboards]
· When using for the first time, the default keyboard on your phone will appear. Select 'Gaon Keyboard' from the window.

· In-app options:

1) While ㄱ+ㄱ=ㄲ (consecutive/separated method) is appropriate, ㄱ+additional stroke=ㄲ (additional stroke method) is also available. The stroke addition method is not suitable for Old Hangul or internationalization.

2) The ㄱㄴㄷ order is appropriate, but ㅂㅈㄷ order is also available.

【Reason for Development】
· Hangul uses 24 consonants to create all letters. For ㄲ, ㄱ+ㄱ is sufficient. That's the principle of Hangul.
· The consonant order of "익기" and "이끼" is the same, but one of the "ㄱ" letters in "끼" is moved to the front, resulting in "익기." This is due to the "final consonant priority phenomenon" (wildfire phenomenon) of the two-set system. Therefore, double consonants were treated as if they were separate consonants. This is not in line with the principles of Hangul. For Old Hangul and the internationalization of Hangul, the "wildfire phenomenon" must be resolved. · Existing typing methods like "holding the shift key," "long-pressing," and "quickly pressing" won't solve the problem. These methods are inconsistent, leading to delays or unintended typos.
· For consistency, a combination (rapid typing) method is ideal. Following the principles of Hangul, the letters are typed as they appear. Only initial double consonants require distinction. Similar to the shift typing method, but significantly less strain on the fingers.

· ㅐ and ㅔ are also formed as ㅏ+ㅣ and ㅓ+ㅣ, following the principles of Hangul.

· Hangul's combined writing method is advantageous because it conveys information implicitly. In the K-culture era, an input system that effectively implements systematic combination principles is crucial.
· Systematic provision of coded characters
The Gaon Keyboard systematically provides frequently used coded characters. Yes, ※ · × ÷ ° ≠ ± Korean quotation marks (‘ ’), Korean Won symbol (₩), sickle (「 」), superscripts (² ³), accented characters, and other much-needed symbols are entered. Double quotation marks can be entered by double-tapping the single quotation marks.

【App Information】
