Kuami eugene, born Eugene Marfo, is a fast rising Ghanaian highlife, afrobeats and afro pop singer. He started off as a contestant on the MTN Hitmaker, a talent show in Ghana that gives a platform to upcoming artistes to showcase their musical talents. He came second runner up and was quickly signed by the CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, who saw the future of Ghana music in the young talent.

After a string of hit songs such us '', '', '', and the much loved smash hit '', Kuami Eugene picked up the 'Best New Artiste of The Year' and 'Highlife Artist of The Year' at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (2018). In 2019 he picked up 'Producer of The Year', 'Highlife Artist of The Year' and Album of the year' for his debut album 'Rockstar'. He was finally crowned the overall 'Artist of The Year' in 2020 at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. The Rockstar is here to stay.

His recent songs '' and '' has also been fans favourite. Kuami Eugene is set to release his second studio album 'Son of Africa' on 9th October 2020. The first single from the album, '', which was released on 7th August 2020 is already receiving positive reviews.
