A national campaign affiliated to the Community Development Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs with its slogan “Take initiative .. you are hope” seeks to register volunteer teams in accordance with Ministerial Resolution 247/2014 and amended by Resolution 1029/2015.

It is concerned with integrating the target segments, especially the youth, into voluntary organizations specialized in the fields of public service, to be a tributary of state institutions in achieving prosperity and social security.
