The Smart Tobyl mobile application was created under the Digital Kazakhstan State Program.
The application is aimed at increasing awareness and accessibility of city services to residents and guests of the city of Tobyl.

- verification of tax arrears;
- making an appointment with a doctor;
- calling a doctor at home;
- contact information about medical organizations of the city;
- contact information about schools in the city;
- the schedule of the bus station, railway station, airport;
- checking the tracking of Kazpost;
- information about the events of the city;
- news and more.
