The use of this application is for EDL’s internal use only.
The key functions of this application:
- Send document internally, notify receiver, once received also notify sender.
- Specify document life such as this document have to finished in 5 days
- Assign and Reassign work to specific staff
- Track workflow (Where the documents are and status)
- Report for tracking purpose in every aspect of document such as report on specific staff that was assigned work to. Report on how many documents came into one department, how many completed and how many pending documents and why?
- Import variety of document such as Microsoft excel, words, PowerPoint, PDF.
- Full text search
- The system store information such as creator, date, time, modify by in document cycle.
- View and download document based on user permission
- Show document properties for example: Document name, details, owner, size, modify by.
- Online signature, Comment, record sound through smart devices for management level
