The subject of Paediatrics is a complex one and dynamic as well. And most intricate part for most medical students (and somstimes post graduate) is the neonatology part. I have painstakingly brought open the key points to help any student interested in grasping the basis of neonatology.
This is a product of my lecture notes, experience in practice, and online resources to bring out the very basis of neonatology.
One of the first thing to grasp in neonatology is to understand the terms. Students must be familiar with the physiologic state of the newborn, common challenges during the neonatal period, and the care of the newborn.
This is however not a consultation book for a health advice, or for any decision, but an adjuvant to textbooks and lecture note to help understand the subject.
