The Oceanbreeze Mobile Application provides Oceanbreeze customers with a convenient and user-friendly way to manage their orders directly from their mobile devices. Designed to simplify the ordering process, the app allows customers to log in securely, review their order history, and place new orders with just a few taps.

Customer Login

Customers can access the app using their unique Customer Account Code and Password, ensuring secure and personalized access to their ordering information. Once logged in, users are welcomed with a clean, intuitive interface that highlights their most recently ordered items and key account details.

Order History

The app provides a detailed view of the last 8 weeks of items ordered from Oceanbreeze. Each item displayed includes order details and quantities purchased, helping customers quickly identify their regular products. This makes it easy to reorder frequently purchased items without having to search the entire catalog each time.

Item Details and Tracking

Users can tap on any item to view a detailed breakdown of quantities ordered for that specific item over the past 8 weeks. This feature allows customers to monitor their purchasing trends and plan upcoming orders based on their previous activity.
If an item has not been reordered within the last 8 weeks, it will automatically fall off the home screen listing, keeping the user’s view current and uncluttered. This ensures that only active or recently ordered items are displayed for quick access.

Placing Orders

Placing an order through the Oceanbreeze App is quick and efficient. Customers can adjust the quantity of any listed item by setting it to a value greater than 1, which marks the item for reorder. Once the desired items have been updated, tapping the “Place Order” button will submit all selected items for processing. The streamlined order flow minimizes errors and saves time, ensuring that customers can easily restock their regular products.

Adding New Items

If a desired item no longer appears in the Quick Item List, users can go to the Add Item screen. From here, customers can search the full Oceanbreeze product catalog to find any available item. Selecting a product and confirming will automatically add it to the Order Screen, where it can be reviewed and included in the next order. This ensures that customers always have access to the complete range of Oceanbreeze products, even if they haven’t been ordered recently.
