The app is designed to help users manage their medications safely and transparently. The user can create his own drug use report, enter the list of drugs and times of use, as well as receive reminders about drug use.

After a consultation with a pharmacist, the pharmacist can prepare and post a personalized medication report, which will also be available in the app, with medication names, dosages and usage recommendations. The application does not provide and does not generate suggestions or recommendations on the use of drugs, all usage information and recommendations are prepared by the pharmacist or the user himself, registering the list of drugs and the times of use prepared by the doctor or pharmacist for his patient during the consultation.

If necessary, the user can add or correct the information at any time - add new medications, nutritional supplements or other means that are used on a daily basis and create his own medication overview.

This tool is especially useful for people with chronic illnesses, seniors or those who take several medications at the same time, as well as for families who need to monitor their loved ones' medication use.

The application was created in pilot project no. In the framework of NVD-9/46-2024 "Creation of a structured patient counseling tool - medication use report as a health care service".

The application is not a medical device and the functionality included in it is intended for entering and more conveniently displaying the medication plan issued by the doctor/pharmacist.
