SOS SEFROU PROPRETE is a citizen mobile application designed to allow SEFROU residents to easily report any environmental issues in public spaces. Through a simple and intuitive interface, users can submit complaints regarding various types of problems, such as household waste, green waste, rubble, bulky waste, cleaning needs, or even damaged, burned, or missing trash cans.

Each report is geolocated, can be accompanied by a photo, and is tracked in real time until it is resolved by municipal services. The application aims to strengthen citizen engagement and sustainably improve the quality of the urban environment in SEFROU.
