SGC MOVIL is an application designed to facilitate the work of the sales force, allowing them to make their trips with the guide of a daily route of visits. Sellers can register orders, check the status of the clients' portfolio, create new clients, point out the causes of non-sale, generate reports, histories, among others.
For the application to work, it requires a previous registration through an application that must be sent to [email protected]. This way you will get the access code to log in.
The application has the support of a web module (portal), where you can make updates of customer data, products, prices, vendors, routes, portfolio and others. From the portal you can download reports and order files to synchronize with our ERP: SGC and thus generate the billing and accounting management process. Additionally, the portal has the functionality of showing in real time the route made by the seller on a map, through information captured from the GPS of mobile devices.
SGC Móvil supports decision-making by advising the client and seller according to the historical information updated in the web database.
SGC Mobile allows the capture of orders without requiring data plan, it is only necessary to have internet at the time of synchronization: either to update the master data in the application, view historical information or to transfer orders placed to the module Web. These actions are carried out on demand and by lot, that is to say they are invoked by the seller when this requires it.
