Default folder color is ICS blue and background is black when no media is playing. With media playing, the folder colors change to the album art's muted color and the wallpaper is a blurred and dimmed version of the album art. Top 8 notification are shown when no media is playing while top 5 notifications show up above the folders and below the media information when media is playing.
