To create your free and secure account, have your Occupant number (listed on your expiry notice) and your email address.
You will then be able to continuously access your personal space on your mobile and online.
Complete the paperwork and tireless searching for information to manage your account.
With the "My Space Domains" application:
- stay informed on the news of your residence and your accommodation
- View and download your documents (dematerialized expiry notices, receipts, etc.).
- update your personal data and your home insurance,
- Make a request to our services (breakdown assistance, administrative change, etc.).
- find the contact details of useful contacts.
- subscribe to direct debit (or modify your bank details)
- pay your rent online (from October 2020),
- send your housing insurance certificate (from October 2020)
