meMap is a companion App to MEMap and (more particularly) MEMap Lighter Load - which are two Apps designed to manage and plan recovery from ME and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The original MEMap project was designed to model the ways people with ME frequently make transformations in their lives, or navigate towards living in easier, low stress ways. People with ME are good at this - their condition often demands that they need to be to achieve any sort of quality of life.

meMap is for anyone who wants to live in a more relaxed, lower load, less stressed way. Or anyone who aspires to live life more closely centred on what they value, who they wish to be and the potential they have to fill days with the best life has to offer them. meMap offers an engaging format and tools to achieve this. And distils the user's most valuable life wisdom into the mobile device which is normally by their side.


meMap exists for two reasons. First because it is an effective way for anyone to make change in their life. Second, those supporting someone who has ME surely deserve an App orientated to their own needs. Therefore meMap allows users to navigate their own days towards the life they want - and simultaneously support and understand the (hopefully rewarding) journey their friend or family member is taking with either of the MEMap Apps.
