Here, as a pregnant or new mom, you get personal coaching from our training expert Anna R Landaeus from StrongerMama. She helps you find the right level in your workout and the balance between physical activity and relaxation. The exercises focus on the whole and you can easily do them at home at your own pace - so you can listen to your body.
In addition to training sessions, programs and courses you can ask your questions to Anna. You will also be able to immerse yourself as the app offers knowledge-enhancing articles, movies and audio clips. This may include, for example, exercise with pelvic-related pain, how the body is affected during pregnancy and how hard you can actually exercise during your pregnancy.
