How to purchase a ticket for use in Rotating Parking?

Users can purchase tickets from monitors who will be properly identified and circulating in areas where there are regulated parking spaces. They can also go to affiliated points of sale that will be clearly identified in the regulated areas.

For your convenience, you can download the EFacil Francisco Morato APP for Cell Phones/Smartphones, which will allow registered users to purchase credits to buy tickets.

How to use the EstacionamentoFacil APP?

Search for the EstacionamentoFacil APP in your cell phone/smartphone app store. After installation, you will be asked to complete a simple registration with your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Password.

After registration, users can purchase credits to buy tickets using their credit or debit card. In the app, you can view the history of credit purchases made at EstacionamentoFacil, and you will always have your balance at hand to purchase new tickets.
Credit/debit card transactions will be protected, being carried out directly with the operator. This means that card information will not be stored, preventing any possibility of misuse of information.
With the purchased credits, the user can, through the EstacionamentoFacil app, activate the ticket for the rates and periods regulated by Municipal Law.
The user will receive confirmation of the validation of the purchased e-ticket, without needing to go to the monitor or the parked vehicle.

How to use the ticket in the rotating parking system?

The system will use digital technology to issue the ticket, allowing the vehicle's license plate to be registered in the system after the user purchases the e-ticket (through monitors/accredited points/app), validating the vehicle's stay in the parking space.

This way, the user will not need to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of printed ticket in a visible location, as occurs in the conventional system.

The responsibility for monitoring the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated spaces will be carried out by the Traffic Agents of the Municipality of Registro.

When is a vehicle parked irregularly?

A vehicle will be considered irregularly parked if:

It exceeds the maximum parking period allowed in each area;

The user does not activate the ticket during the monitored period;

It is using a ticket different from that adopted by the Municipality of Registro;

What happens when the user does not regularize the situation?

According to item XVII of article... Article 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations stipulate that failure to comply with the conditions specifically regulated by the signage (sign - Rotating Parking) will result in the application of a Traffic Violation Notice (serious type, 5 (five) points on the driver's license) with a fine penalty, and may also lead to vehicle removal.
