How do I purchase an e-Ticket to use in Rotary Parking?

The user will be able to purchase an e-Ticket from Monitors who will be duly identified and circulating in areas where there are regulated vacancies. You can also go to affiliated points of sale that will be clearly identified in regulated areas.
And for your convenience, you can download the EstajamentoFacil APP for Cell Phones/Smartphones, which will allow registered users to acquire credits to purchase e-Tickets.

How to use the EstajamentoFacil APP?

Search the app store on your cell phone/smartphone for the EstajamentoFacil APP. After installation, you will be asked to register simply with Name, Email, Telephone and Password.
After registration, the user will be able to purchase credits to purchase e-Tickets, using their credit or debit card. In the APP you will be able to view the history of credit acquisitions made at EstajamentoFacil, in addition to always having your Balance on hand to purchase new e-Tickets.
Credit/debit card transactions will be protected and carried out directly with the Operator. This means that card information will not be stored, avoiding any possibility of misuse of the information.
With the credits acquired, the user will be able, through the EstajamentoFacil APP, to activate the e-Ticket for the rates and periods regulated by Municipal Law.
The user will receive confirmation of the validation of the purchased e-Ticket, without the need to go to the Monitor or the parked vehicle.

How to use the e-Ticket in Rotary Parking?

The system will use digital technology to issue the e-Ticket, allowing, after the user purchases the e-Ticket (via monitors/accredited stations/APP), the vehicle's license plate is registered in the system, validating the vehicle's period of stay in the parking space .
This way, it will not be necessary for the user to return to the vehicle to validate the period or leave any type of printed ticket in a visible place, as occurs in the conventional system.

The responsibility for monitoring the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated spaces will be carried out by the Traffic Agents of the Municipality of São Roque.

When the vehicle is parked illegally?

Any vehicle that:
Exceeding the maximum parking period allowed in each area;
User does not activate the e-Ticket within the period inspected;
Using a ticket different from that adopted by the Municipality of São Roque;

What happens when the user does not perform the regularization?

According to item XVII of art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other pertinent regulations, failure to comply with the conditions specifically regulated by the signage (sign - Rotary Parking), provides for the application of a Traffic Violation Notice (serious type 5 (five) points on the CNH) with the application of a Penalty fine, and also subject to removal of the vehicle.
