This basketball event manager to manage events in a game being discharged prior to the teams (min 5 max 7 members and alternates for each).

The teams are treated as Local and Visitor and all party events (TiroLibre, Double, Triple, Annotated or not, Burglary, cap, Rebound ...) are handled
