The peace and reconciliation agreement in Mali was signed in 2015 by the representative of the Malian government and the politico-military movements of northern Mali.
 However, since its ratification, the agreement is struggling to be implemented and remains little known to the Malian youth, especially that of the center, preventing it from committing itself to its application.
