Car sharing makes it possible to use a car occasionally and for a short time, without the constraints of possession. With carsharing, there is no longer any need to worry about insurance, fuel, car maintenance. You will be able to benefit from a latest generation electric vehicle at a very advantageous price.

Each department offers two electric vehicles for hire (automatic gearbox) of the e-208 type with a maximum range of 350 km

How does Remi+ Carsharing work?

Step 1: registration
• Create your user account on the remi.clem.mobi.fr website or via this mobile application.
• Provide the following supporting documents: valid driver's license and proof of address less than 3 months old.

• Fill in your bank details.
Your credit card will be systematically verified by the 3D Secure protocol in accordance with the European directive. The system is secure, all personal data is encrypted.

• Your account will be validated within 48 hours.

Step 2: booking your vehicle
• Reserve your vehicle in the station of your choice from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on weekends from 30 minutes to 48 hours until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
• The amount of the deposit will be blocked on your account for a maximum period of 7 days.

• You can opt for excess insurance offered by the race or by the year via a partner. This option is accessible in the My Profile section.
Step 3: borrowing the vehicle
• One hour before the start of the reservation, you will receive by email and/or SMS a reminder of your reservation as well as a code which will be used to unlock the box containing the vehicle key,
• You will find in each station, in the vehicles, an information note on the use of the vehicle.•
Before departure, you must take a tour of the vehicle using the application in the My reservation section. During your use, if you need to recharge you will have to find a suitable station, use the vehicle cable, an operator card or a credit card (charging is at your expense, under your responsibility).

Step 4: return of the vehicle
• Each vehicle has a reserved place, you will find your starting place.
You reconnect the vehicle, check that the charge starts, return the keys and take a tour of the vehicle using the application in the My Reservation section.

• The cost of the service will be charged 24 hours after the return of the vehicle.
