Food Radius chooses to approach the great diversity of our ingredients in a way similar to that used by the Kings and Nizams during the ruling of South Indian Kingdom. According to this alternative way of understanding geography, the terrain is perceived not as a horizontal plane but rather vertically, so as to take advantage of all that the nature is capable of offering according to the particularities of each ecological system.
