Token pro mobil is a mobile banking application intended for ČSOB clients, which is used to generate one-time codes for client login and electronic signature of sent orders in the ČSOB Internetbanking 24 service and to activate the SmartBanking application.
Each generated code is unique and its validity is limited in time. The application is an equivalent alternative to the Token hardware device, or to the SMS keys for logging in and confirming orders in the ČSOB Internetbanking 24 service.
The application must be activated before first use. The activation procedure is part of the documentation that you will receive at the bank's branch when setting up the ČSOB Internetbanking 24 service, or you will find it directly in the application. Activation requires a unique activation key from a discreet envelope, which you will receive when setting up the service. Activation consists in reading the activation data from this envelope using a QR code and selecting an input password for the application. You do not need an internet connection or sending or receiving SMS messages to use the application.

Never provide the generated codes to other persons and do not enter them into websites and applications that do not belong to ČSOB. The Bank will never ask you to send or notify the code generated by the Mobile Token application or other security codes.
