STRENGTH WORKOUTS
No gym needed. These are bodyweight workouts or workouts with minimal equipment always available at home. Do your 5-minute morning workout or get your full workout based on muscle groups.
YOGA
There are 4 yoga styles: Bikram, Hatha, Tibetan, and Vinyasa. Asana sets are based on the following purposes: hormone-balancing, blood pressure normalizing, for insomnia, for stress relief, for the cardiovascular system.
MASSAGE AND FACEBUILDING
These workouts include different techniques of facial self-massage. A daily 5 to 10-minute session with a set timer activates collagen production, makes skin more elastic, and smoothes out mimic wrinkles.
CARDIO WORKOUTS
They include cardio and weight loss workouts, warming up and stretching. There are active jumping workouts to train the cardiovascular system and lose weight with warming up and stretching at the end. Add any number of Tabata exercises and duration. Even in the free version when you do exercises daily for a week, you can get the result.
PHYSICAL THERAPY AND REHABILITATION AFTER TRAUMA
These workouts include strengthening your core muscles, exercises in lying position and in plank, rehabilitation of spine, joints and ligaments, strengthening those deep muscles that cannot be built in a gym or fitness training.
Supervision of a rehab trainer, vertebrologist is recommended.
