The days of torn, illegible and incomplete paperwork are over. With MoviApp Arbeitsschein, all data relevant to field sales are transferred to the App immediately after planning in MoviNeo. The planning of the orders is carried out as usual, but with the distinction that before the move is carried out, the work slips are no longer printed on a carbon offset printer, but the data is transferred to the MoviApp work slip.

When the team leader opens the order on the day of the move, he first sees the tour in a map view with the associated rolling map, the planned removal team, the vehicles, the contact details of the customer and the scope of the work to be performed.

Now the team leader will be guided through the work certificate to document pre-move damage, post-move damage, team work time, and the scope of services and materials provided.

The app supports especially in the damage documentation. In cooperation with insurers, a wizard has been created, which leads the team leader step by step through the damage recording.
It can be referred to previously recorded damage and any damage additionally documented with pictures.

The times are recorded for all employees together or per employee. In addition, the type of time recording differs according to local and long-distance traffic.

The app creates various protocols with the data, such as the classic work sheet and damage logs. If it is specified by the dispatcher, the app can also display all prices and be used for on-site collection.
All protocols are signed by the customer and the team leader on the device and then sent directly as a PDF by mail to the customer.

The data and protocols are of course also transmitted to MoviNeo. There, the data can be used without new input, depending on the case with or even without further processing to create an invoice, a post calculation and to document the hours.
