MULTI-TOC is an application that tries to act on anxiety caused by OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), but can be used for general anxiety or nervousness. The program tries that the person who has fallen into a loop of negative thoughts or parasites out of that spiral through 3 actions.

1st- Remove the pesky parasites thoughts. Using a method of dramatization, which is to hear a cheerful or upbeat music while you think about this intrusive thought.

Remove 2º- moderate anxiety. Using algorithms everyday use the phone verbally dictate step by step. The person with anxiety should follow mentally with eyes closed, visualizing in your head every step.

Remove 3º- strong anxiety. Combining the method of "The Order," which is to close your eyes and stop thinking of anxiety by a loud sound, and the method of algorithms (step 1).

In addition, it reports briefly on the App about OCD, and includes an embedded to see more complete information over the Internet (requires the device is connected to the Internet) browser.
