How does it work?

-HSBC, following up on a banking procedure, will share a QR code with you via email for your document upload and signature process.

-Identify yourself with your INE and take a selfie for identity validation.

-Upload the documents that were requested by HSBC.

-Generate a security code to protect your documentation.

-Sign the documents that were requested by your executive with your finger or stylus. During the signing, a video will be recorded to ensure that it is you who is signing and to adhere to the applicable regulations.
