To use SIMAP you have to be previously registered in the Integral Personnel Movements System where you will be provided with a password that together with your public server key you can use to enter the application.
When entering the application for the first time, it is necessary to capture your facial biometric data, which will be taken through an assistant of the application to facilitate enrollment in SIMAP.
The enrollment assistant will ask you to capture three photographs (Front, left profile and right profile). Once all three photos are taken, they will be sent to the recognition server to verify that all three correspond to the same user in order to complete the registration in SIMAP. Once the registration is completed, the photograph that will appear in the user profile will be the one taken in FRONT.
The registration process is done only once and when you are registered you can enter directly to make use of the checking function. The time it is sent will be taken as the user's check time, and when the recognition is successful, the last check time will be updated.
To ensure the integrity of the assistance information, the time is managed by the application so it is completely independent of the device thus preventing the possibility of being manipulated by the user.
It is also possible to check the history of your entries and exits from your workplace and your general information.
