The Government of the State of Tamaulipas through the Command Center, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) provides mobile application LS911 which protects citizens against crimes of telephone extortion and virtual kidnapping, blocking automatically and totally transparent the telephone calls from numbers identified as means used to commit these crimes according to information of the institutions of the National System of Public Security.
