The SEDATU, in coordination with the state governments, has developed national meetings with the directors of the Public Registry of Property and Cadastre, where they exchange experiences and best practices registry and cadastral promoted, in order to promote the protection of property rights that create the right conditions of trust in transactions, investment and access to credit, based on a climate of competitiveness.

During 2014, were held two National Meetings Public Registry of Property and Cadastre, the first in Manzanillo, Colima and the second in Merida, Yucatan, with the participation of the Mexican Institute of Cadastre, AC (INMECA) and the Mexican Institute of BC Registration Law (IMDERAC).

Both meetings were attended by the Governors of the states host and owner of the SEDATU and participated speakers of the highest level of government institutions, the Mexican notaries and academics, among others.

On this occasion, the SEDATU and the Government of the State of Hidalgo convene the Third National Meeting on Linking Modernization and Public Property Registries and Cadastre at the Hacienda San Miguel Regla, in the town of Huasca, Hidalgo, the 1, 2 and 3 December, to continue efforts to coordinate with the registry and cadastral authorities.
