The National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education of the Mexican Republic, A.C. (ANUIES), together with the Universidad Veracruzana and the Cristóbal Colón University, organize the ANUIES 2019 International Conference “Education 4.0, Dual Training and Global Profiles”.

Receive a cordial invitation to participate in this academic event created in 2015 and designed to discuss the crucial issues of higher education from a global perspective.

From this fifth edition of our International Conference, we will undertake a new thematic cycle with the purpose of promoting the ideas and actions that allow us to gradually incorporate innovative approaches to the academic training process, aimed at the development of skills, abilities and skills of entrepreneurship, as well as addressing best practices and models to facilitate the linkage between higher education institutions and the productive sector to advance the adoption of dual training models.

We are aware of the need to train highly qualified and versatile professionals, that is, with a capacity to adapt easily and quickly to the new circumstances of the world of work and the development of society, so that students graduate with a solid interdisciplinary training , prepared to continue learning throughout life and able to perform with solvency and ability in jobs that do not yet exist, use technologies that have not yet been developed, solve unpublished problems and learn to work collaboratively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.

The ANUIES 2019 International Conference will be held in the City and Port of Veracruz, on November 7 and 8, within the framework of the commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the constitution of the City Council, as well as the 75th anniversary of the Veracruzana University and the 50th anniversary of the Christopher Columbus University.
