Under pressure from exams, family expectations and the negative influence of social networks, students easily experience psychological stress. To provide timely support, the Institute coordinates with the Ministry of Education to implement a program to prevent school psychological problems, helping students, teachers and parents identify, prevent and intervene early.
Support process:
1. Test and evaluate – Students, teachers, and parents take psychological tests on the application. The system automatically analyzes the results and recommends appropriate support.
2. In-depth consultation - When there are signs that support is needed, the system will connect with experts through two forms:
+ Directly at the center
+ Online via video call/chat
3. Treatment – Serious cases (mental disorders, depression...) will be referred to specialized treatment facilities.
4. Service feedback – Helps improve support quality and evaluate expert compensation.
The program aims at a healthy school environment, helping students develop comprehensively psychologically and academically.
