ARA is the first productivity application developed by OPS to manage the challenges faced by the service industry. Our suite of productivity tools, customised or subscription-based, is catered for labour-intensive service providers such as cinemas, food & beverages and hotels.
ARA has two components to it - a mobile application which is downloaded by employees to provide their availability and a desktop application which the management uses to manage labour allocation through pre-determined specifics.
OPS consults on operational procedures and develop a solution to manage the challenges in the specific environment. We believe higher productivity can be achieved not exclusively through cutting down on resources, especially existing valuable human resources. A more efficient redistribution of resources allows objectives to be achieved better and faster.
