The JIPS Complaint System (Department of Integrity and Standards Compliance) is a system developed to facilitate public reporting related to integrity issues involving Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) personnel. It is a transparent, efficient and user-friendly platform for citizens to file complaints about misconduct, abuse of power, corruption and violation of ethical standards by police personnel or officers. This system supports the vision of the Department of Integrity and Compliance Standards (JIPS) in improving police accountability, professionalism and public trust.
