MOH clinic appointment is an initiative of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) to customers to get treatment slots in clinics throughout Malaysia. The purpose of the KKM clinic appointment system:
1. Shorten the waiting time of customers at the registration counter
2. Reduce the number of customers who visit the clinic at the same time
3. Provide facilities for customers to make appointments online
4. Provide facilities to the Clinic Administrator to book appointments on behalf of customers
