The development of the eCSO System has been listed as a new initiative of the Community Service Command Division in 2021 through the Strategic Plan of the Social Welfare Department in 2021-2025 outlined in Core 4: improving the survival of specific groups with Strategy Step 3: engineering a specific group development program. Accordingly, a proposal to develop the PKM System (MyCSO) digitally using existing PKM data was submitted during the Governance Meeting of the PKM Division with TKP(O) on 6 October 2020.
The development of the eCSO System as a new initiative is to address current issues in information management and the handling of Community Service Order (CSO) cases such as data collection, compliance in the use of forms, compliance in the implementation of aggregate hours and reporting.
