The App Feeding the Change Questionnaires aims to help the user in the prevention of childhood obesity. Feeding the Change Questionnaires allows participants to fill in their mobile questionnaires on food, lifestyles and hygiene, which allow health professionals to establish a starting point in the individualized knowledge of the different risk factors that can influence development of childhood obesity, also facilitating communication between the participant and healthcare professionals through a safe and private environment.
 
The main features offered by Feeding the Change Questionnaires are:
• QUESTIONNAIRES: This module contains the registers of questionnaires remotely prescribed by health professionals.
• COMMUNICATIONS: The participant and the professional have a powerful internal message module to improve bidirectional communication for remote monitoring and monitoring.
 
All the information that is introduced in the application is registered in a cloud space called "personal folder", hosted on secure servers and accessible via the web by both the user -participant- as well as by their healthcare professional or authorized personnel. This folder allows you to assess the evolution over time and share it as a record of the participant's self-tracking history.
