Any natural person, final consumer, residing on Nigerien territory with the exception of DGI agents and partner structures for technical support in the implementation of the reform and who has previously purchased from a taxpayer equipped with a SECeF and who has received the certified invoice can participate in the game.

How do we participate in the game?
It will be for the participant, after a transaction / purchase at the level of a taxpayer subject to the obligation to use a Certified Electronic Invoicing System (SECeF), to claim and keep his certified invoice which he must keep. preciously in order to ensure, in a timely manner, if this invoice has been drawn.

To participate in the competition, the end consumer must:

Communicate their phone number to the taxpayer / seller's cashier when purchasing and / or during the transaction;
Download the SECef NIGER application on playstore or on iTunes, scan its QR code and fill in the fields on the application;
Register the SECeF / DGI code and the NIM code on a web platform.
