Regular breaks during work time can keep you energetic and efficient. It is not a waste of time but a better use of time.
Rest reminds you to take breaks in a non-interrupting way by showing a blinking screen. You can easily ignore it if the time is not appropriate.
There are two kinds of breaks in Rest:
- Micro break: the break you should take about every ten minutes to relax your eyes, neck, shoulders, etc.
- Rest break: the break you should take about every hour. Take a walk around, or refill yourself with a cup of tea during a rest break.
