The Kinesis Med app, from Studio Kinesis-Med - VAT number: 03237080134, was created to support and facilitate, through short video training, kinesiology therapy carried out on equipment typical of the therapeutic and strengthening gym.
The purpose of each video you will find in the app is to show the correct posture and sequence of movements necessary to complete the therapeutic exercise with the relevant equipment.
Some of the machines used in video training and which you can find in our gym are: Rowing machine, Kinesis, Skillmill (curved treadmill), Climb (stair climber)
