The FINASS APP is an application for accessing customer data and documents stored with financial and insurance agents.
Thus one can access at any time and on the way on the own contract data to insurance, capital investments, financing and Bauspar contracts and look at the documents available for it.

To use the APP, it is therefore necessary to work together with a broker using the Financial & Insurance Database (FINASS.net) management program.

If you have not found such a broker yet, you can search and find it via the APP. If you already have a "FINASS broker", please ask for the access data in order to be able to access his existing data there.

The APP will always show the most up-to-date data since the broker's FINASS database is accessed directly when the mobile device is online. Offline use is enabled by caching the data on the mobile device.
Changes and additions are also immediately entered online in the database of the broker.

Benefit for the broker:
- Access to the ToDo list
- Access to the call list in the office (!)
- Selection / call of a master data record by name search
- Local storage (on mobile device) of up to 10 customers to be able to access offline on the go (documents and changing data only online)
- Access to all data and documents to the customer (except commission data)
- Dial the displayed numbers on the smartphone, SMS to mobile phone and / or new mail to email address from the APP
- Editing and creation of data and documents. The latter also about photographing documents.
- Savings of the collection work as far as the customer himself changes or complements data, in particular "new car" or "claim report"

Benefits for the broker client:
- Access to all data (optionally with the right to change them) and to all documents released by the broker for the customer
- save your own data offline on your smartphone (documents and changing data but only online)
- Send mail to a consultant, call a consultant and let them find their way to the consultant (Google Maps)
- Call the website of the broker
- Report new car with new purchase / vehicle change (without having to select K contract) including upload of photographed vehicle documents and / or photos.
- Report damage, even if the customer does not (yet) know whether and, if so, in which contract the damage could be insured incl. Upload of photographed damage documents and / or photos.
