This app is for self-health check of athletes and related people who participate in skating competition of Japan Skating Federation.

To start using this app, you need a registered athlete number and password issued by the Japan Skating Federation. If you do not have a registered athlete number, please move to the dedicated ID issuing site from within the application and obtain a dedicated ID. Even if a person other than the concerned person obtains the exclusive ID, it may be invalidated at the discretion of the Japan Skating Federation.
