L-Step is a tool to support the distribution, operation, and management of LINE Official Accounts.
This app supports the following features.

◆Push Notifications
Set up push notifications based on your friends' actions.
After registering the app as a notification recipient, you can receive notifications by configuring them in the web admin panel.

◆Individual Chat
Easily exchange messages with friends on the go.
Currently, only text, images, and PDF links can be sent.
Stamps can only be viewed.

◆Friend Details
Check and edit various information associated with friends.
Supports "Individual Notes," "Friend Information," "Rich Menu," and more.

◆Staff Chat
Multiple staff members can receive notifications simultaneously in a single chat room.
Staff members can also message each other.

Currently, only the above features are supported, but we plan to expand functionality in the future.
