In 1986, the Di Noia family opened the Antica Cantina Forentum in an ancient cellar from the 1500s.
The cuisine is based on seasonality and tradition, thanks to the family gardens from which the talented Aurora, a student of the unforgettable mother Lucia, offers tradition reinterpreted with creativity also by Savino, Food & Beverage Manager with studies and experience at the Alma School of Gualtiero Marchesi.
Alongside the Forentum proposal, the pizzeria and a widespread hotel with rooms and suites were born and established.
Today, as then, the square is always protected by the cool shade of the castle, and flooded with the aromas of the cuisine of this magnificent land.
