Gelapajo was born from an idea as crazy as it is brilliant: to bring words such as research, attention, freshness, respect and quality to the center and heart of a gastronomic craft project, giving life to a place where people can always enjoy good things in a place far from the everyday hype but also at home or in the workplace. Simple no!?!

We had this idea and we ran out of hand ... someone one day told us that we had "too many ideas but well confused", maybe a little reason had it but those "too many ideas" became a world of ideas good.
