I have always belonged to the world of pastry. I breathed the passion transmitted to me by my mother, daughter of Panificatori. Growing up, I deepened my knowledge by traveling far and wide, from Brescia to Palermo, from Cast Alimenti to Mag, always questioning myself, confronting myself with new ideas, alongside colleagues and professionals who have helped to increase my determination to realize the dream of reinterpreting my family's confectionery tradition, grafting more current and international connotations. So since the summer of 2019, Camilla and I, the partner of my life, have been calling this dream "Otto di Otto" and dedicating our commitment to creating a pastry that can give small moments of sweet happiness.
