Passionate about the world of catering, I have always started my professional career following the best in the industry, learning the tricks of the trade and the love that you need to have for this job.
The first masters I follow are the Paolini Brothers, world champions of classic pizza, who, noticing the passion for this sector, welcome me from the first moment with affection and encourage me to follow this path.
After a few years around Italy and then in Syracuse, as a pizza chef in various restaurants, in 2005 my adventure began by opening at Pizzoleria Tica, where I put into action all the experience accumulated over the years, creating something magical and unique in the heart of Syracuse.

In 2012 I open my first room and in 2019 we buy the adjacent rooms to flood us and offer the public the opportunity to savor our pizzas in presence and spend an evening in relaxation and conviviality.
