With My Feelings, children play an understanding of what needs to be done for their study, and they can learn to master techniques that can undermine during the study itself.

My companion animal is an application developed by Rigshospitalet in collaboration with TrygFonden for children aged 4-10, who must have taken a blood test or dropped a drop in the hospital or with the doctor.

The child meets the teddy bears Theo and Thea, who have to go through the same study as the child, and therefore they must help each other with different tasks, which are designed to stress and develop the child's mastering of the situation. The application can with advantage be used together with the physical hugs Thea and Theo, which TrygFonden distributes to children who are going through specialized examination or treatment courses in a hospital or a special clinic.

Before the examination, the baby will be greeted by a sleeping teddy bear on the screen. The child must "awaken" the teddy bear in the app by eating it on the stomach. The first task for the child and the teddy bear is to choose which remedies to use for their examination, for example. stasis hose, patch, "magic cream", etc.

Next activity is a soap bubble activity, which is actually a breathing exercise. In this game, the child learns to breathe soap bubbles on the screen by breathing deeply into the stomach and slowly breathing into the microphone. The purpose of the game is to teach children calming breathing techniques that they can use if they become anxious or stressed.

During the game, Thea or Theo gets a little scared, and now the child has the task of reassuring them by eating them on their stomachs. Both the activity of the teddy bear and the breathing soap bubbles can be used while the child is performing the procedure.
