■ Background of the App
"Tori Park" is an app designed to make "Shinitori: A Place for Death," an online space operated with a subsidy from the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's Suicide Prevention Project, more accessible. We named it "Tori Park" to make it more accessible to as many people as possible and to create an app like a park where various birds can spend time.
■ What is "Shinitori: A Place for Death"?
"Shinitori: A Place for Death" is a website launched in 2019 as a place for people to hang out on the internet. The term "Shinitori" is an abbreviation of "Shinitori no Torisetsu" (How to Use Death).

We live our lives with various pains, loneliness, and worries.
There are many things to worry about: family, school, work, relationships, romance, daily life, mental health, money, and more. Sometimes, we feel like giving up on life, thinking, "I want to die," "I want to disappear," or "There's no point in living." (Some people may feel this way for a long time.)
If we treat each person's worries and pain as personal issues, they can become a negative presence that torments others. However, by exploring the background of those pains and considering their true nature, we can shed light on current social issues and become something extremely valuable and valuable for the future.
This website recognizes the feelings of "I want to die" and "There's no point in living" as a warning to the society we live in today. It was created as a "net home" with the goal of creating a community and network where people with similar feelings can meet, connect, and support each other.
"Shinitori: An Online Home" is a small place for people who are genuinely troubled in today's society to participate in society.
