In stressful situations, it is often difficult to free yourself from stressful thoughts in the evening - with negative consequences for your own sleep.
This app helps you find your way to slumber. You listen to (or watch) videos while the app reduces the volume and screen brightness until you fall asleep.
I originally wrote this app for myself, but it might be useful for others as well. I don't earn anything from this app, so please bear with me for layout shortcomings and minor issues that may still exist in the app.
